i swear, my stupid body was definately NOT built to do drugs. having crohn's sucks, let me tell u. not only do u hafta restrict everything u eat,
1. u cant drink alcohol (i cant even drink milk w/o my entire digestive tract going outta wack!)
2. nicotine.. is just a no no. i've learned my lesson
3. if u dont constantly keep something in ur stomach, you'll swell up like a balloon b/c the stomach acid is just killing ur insides
i guess i could have it worse.. like.. i totally have a new respect for ppl who have liver problems (ppl who naturally have them, not b/c they abused drugs/alcohol). i had to detox off of chemo this past year & i swear i've never been sicker in my life. imagine having to detox everyday! gosh, i salute you guys
anyway since i just cold turkeyed smoking (even though i havent been smoking long @ ALL) i feel like i'm detoxing haha but like.. 1/10 of how it feels. i just cant quit throwing up & i just feel like absolute shit.
bright side: ive dropped like 5 lbs this week w/o even trying

so i havent been on here for a bit. my cousin from scotland just got here & i've been entertaining her & ive started smoking a bit.. i know not good but its shed a few pounds for me.
other than that.. i've been up to jack shit haha ~ havent really eaten that much lately but havent been able to hit the gym, taking care of my mom & visiting w/ my cousin

so this detox i'm on lasts for 2 weeks. you can only eat food with a low glycemic index (a G.I. of 55 or lower). a high glycemic index is 70 or above. here are 2 good sites to see what foods are low/medium/high

ABC starts tomm!! i'm going to start on a fast though instead of the 500 b/c i sucked today, haha. i decided i'm going to pick 1 day every week where i have to do a liquid fast (for ex, i'm going to do it every sunday), no matter what we're "supposed" to do for ABC. i have a good feeling about this, we can do this!
oh & ps, thanks for the pic comments! i like the 1st one too, especially b/c i have a naturally round face & it looks skinny in that picture haha. except hte part where i'm stuffing my face w/ cake :( [that was a cake i made for my friend for her bday & she said she wouldnt eat any unless i had some b/c she didnt "trust" it, ha]
